Because no two clients will have the same needs, your assessment and treatment will be tailored to your individual situation. Sometimes only a few sessions will be needed. Other times, ongoing therapy may be recommended. Dr. Hinkle has an eclectic approach, meaning that therapy techniques come from a variety of theoretical orientations, including cognitive-behavioral and EMDR therapy, among others.
